Welcome to Dan Dial’s Patent Page
When we created Dan Dial Tech we decided to include a short write up on the 11 patents Dan has received over the years. His understanding and ability to apply energy’s effects towards creating energy devices is impressive. From a neon light patent to a piezoelectric multiplexer, a SRM motor to disk pumps and turbines and a hydrogen reformer Dan has spent 40 years researching how energy and matter interact.
In 1997, Dan was granted his first patent, #5,824,024, for light therapy sculptures incorporating neon to reduce the effects of S.A.D. (seasonal affective disorder). During his work with neon Dan discovered it was the “angle of incident” of the light source not the light intensity that imitates the reflected light off the environment.
His second patent, #6,375,412 B1, was an international patent granted in 2002 on an improved Tesla disk-style pump and turbine design, followed by the gas turbine patent, #6,779,964 B2, in 2004. These designs take advantage of the attractive forces (Van der Wal’s forces) that hold matter together.
In 2008 Dan started his consulting work for an investor out of Dallas Texas that produced patent, #8,006,789B2, in 2011 for a SRM (Electric Motor). That was followed by two more patents #8,220,575B2 and #8,436,572B2 in 2013. All of these patents are based on Dans research that the timing of magnetic flux effects a motor’s efficiency.
Over the course of his career Dan has been granted 11 patents in a wide range of fields. Click the links below to read more about them at the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s website.
