Step 1:

Find a comfortable non-metal chair, like a recliner or couch. Gather items that you want with you; for example, cell phone, TV remote, beverage.  We define a beverage as water or some form of healthy drink.  No alcohol while on the Enhancer.

Make sure your cell phone is not charging and you are only using wireless devices – no wires.  Make sure you are comfortable, do you need a pillow to rest your arms, hands, and bulb on?

Before you make contact with the Molecular Enhancer get settled with your bare feet hovering over the glass base plate or underneath the chair.

Step 2:

Turn on the machine.

Before you put your feet down on the glass base plate, reach down and pick up the bulb.  Do not pick up by gray boot.

Place the bulb in both hands

Step 3:

Quickly put your feet onto the glass base plate.

Your feet act like a throttle.  If you find the sensations too strong on either your hands or feet, you can take one foot and rock back onto your heel or touch the plate with only one foot. This will reduce the foot contact.  You will notice a decrease in sensation.  When you are ready go ahead, lower the feet back on to the glass base plate.

Some people find it hard to sit in a chair and need to lay on their back.  If this is the case for you, you can take the glass base plate and lean is against the white power box.  This will put the glass base plate at an angle which allows you to lay on the floor and put your feet on the glass base plate.  Experiment to find the correct angle for you.  Books can be used to adjust the angle also.

In order for the charge to spread evenly throughout the body, the minimum recommended time to use the Molecular Enhancer is 45 minutes.

If you are dealing with a health challenge or take your sports seriously, more time will be required.

We recommend, for health challenges, 3 times a day an hour each time.  For sports people, a couple of hours in the evening after strenuous activity.
