Maintenance – Burn-Through and Copper Cleaning
The Molecular Enhancer is fairly simple to maintain.
- The bulb should be cleaned with a glass cleaner after every use.
- The glass on the base should be cleaned at least once a week with glass cleaner. If a lot of different people are using the Enhancer you might want to clean where their feet are after each person. That’s your call.
- The copper only needs to be cleaned once every 2-3 months depending on how much use the Enhancer is getting. For cleaning instructions see below.
- Note: For people who are very sensitive the glass plates can be reversed (3/16″ thick on top and the 1/8″ on the bottom) to reduce, “soften” the power of the Enhancer.

Copper Cleaning
- Every two to three months the copper needs to be cleaned. In moist environments (like Hawaii) the copper should be cleaned more often.
- Inspect the copper sheet to see if there is a heavy green build up on the botton side of the copper. This can give the entire bottom side of the copper a green tint. Look for little “piles” of green on the glass itself.
- To remove the copper for cleaning, remove the two brass screws holding the cooler assembly on.
- Once reomoved, two small brass nuts will be exposed. Undo both brass nuts to remove the copper. See Copper Cleaning and Assembly Diagram below.
- Clean the copper with a solution of white vinegar and salt only.
- A simple cleaning method is to place the copper on a dinner plate. Pour on enough vinegar to cover the copper completely. Then evenly sprinkle salt all over the copper in the vinegar solution.
- The copper will turn pinky copper when clean, except when copper oxide forms on the copper. Then it will have a brown color. Copper oxide will not have an effect on the unit’s operation.
- Rinse the copper off in warm water and dry completely.
- Replace the bolts and copper in the cooler assembly, and place one nut on it to keep the copper in the plastic. Then use the second nut to bind the wire connection.
- Position the copper/fan assembly back on the Molecular Enhancer, making sure the wire is tucked up inside the cavity. Then replace the two brass screws tightening them lightly. Do not over tighten.

The Molecular Enhancer does not heal or cure, it is an experimental device currently undergoing research.
